1970's crepe gown with battenberg lace

A demure milkmaid styled dress from the 1970's is made from white synthetic crepe and features battenburg lace from vintage linen.

Lovingly handmade and fully lined with cute elasticated puffy short sleeves with a square neckline, a soft flowing skirt with a lower gathered panel for added fullness. The waist can be accentuated by the sash that ties at the back. This dress does up at the back with a zip and has a small puddle train.

It's pure hippie chic and would suit an outdoors relaxed wedding.

Condition is very good, this dress has been thoughtfully restored and cleaned with no obvious marks or damage.
