This white two-piece bridal ensemble features a striking cathedral-length floral lace overcoat with a clean, minimalist sheath dress. The set represents the architectural simplicity and bold textile choices of the 1960s.
The outer layer is a heavy floral guipure lace overcoat, designed with a high mandarin-style neckline, long fitted sleeves, scalloped open front and a full watteau style train. The lace features a dense, repeating daisy motif with significant texture and weight. Underneath, the sheath dress offers a streamlined silhouette with covered buttons along the zipper.
This dress has been thoughtfully restored with re-wear in mind. A new zip has been added, both pieces cleaned and the lace checked over. There are some small scuffs on the satin dress, these are minimal.
